The world of The Eylau Sequence. The most powerful
orgnanized nations are shown in green. The "uninhabited" zones are only marked
as such due to their lack of formal (or powerful) government. In reality these
zones contain various sparsely populated settlements and territories, some of
whom are locally influential but most of which barely subsist. Of the former,
only Bali, Ampara and Diné rise above the subsistence level, with Bali
being the most involved in international affairs. Grey zones are marked as
unihabitable due to harsh winter conditions, comet damage, severe storm
frequency or a combination of the three. |
